Where we ship

We ship worldwide from our fulfilment warehouse in Asia. The destinations we deliver to are shown at checkout.

Delivery times

An order reaches you in two stages, and it is worth knowing both before you buy.

First, dispatch. Orders ship within two weeks of being placed.

Second, transit. Once an order has been dispatched, delivery takes a further 7–10 business days. Transit time varies with the destination and with customs clearance in your country.

Shipping costs

Shipping is free to most countries on Drop 01. Some destinations further afield, including Latin America, Africa and the Middle East, have a flat €5 shipping fee. You will always see the exact cost at checkout before any payment is taken.

Tracking

A tracking number is emailed to the address you used at checkout as soon as your order has been dispatched — not when the order is placed.

Because orders ship within two weeks, there is a quiet period before that email arrives. Nothing has gone wrong in the meantime. If the window has passed and you still have nothing, check your spam and promotions folders first, then get in touch.

Customs and duties

Because orders are sent from outside the European Union, import VAT, duties or a handling fee may be charged when the parcel reaches your country, including within the EU.

These charges are set by the destination country's customs authority and the local delivery provider. They are not included in the price at checkout, they are the customer's responsibility, and they are usually collected by the carrier at the point of delivery.

Problems with a delivery
